Via Duomo is an historical and cultural symbol of Naples, in the center of which stands the Duomo; a major icon of faith and identity of the city. Today, the main door needs urgent restoration to preserve this masterpiece damaged by time.
Friends of Naples, in collaboration with the “Officina dei Talenti”, started this restoration project, which has been entrusted to the company Dafne Restauri, for a total cost of €33,000. The initiative is part of the “Museo Diocesano Diffuso” program to enhance local heritage.
An appeal to the residents and merchants of Via Duomo to contribute to this restoration means demonstrating pride and belonging, enriching the image of Via Duomo and promoting tourism. Every donation, large or small, is a gesture of love for the city and an investment in its cultural future.
Join this project to preserve a symbol of Naples for future generations.
